The EEPROM EDITOR empowers you to effortlessly examine, modify, and duplicate EEPROM data from the latest VAG cars.

This software boasts an exceptionally user-friendly interface. Simply follow the provided instructions, and the software will seamlessly manage the entire process for you. To fully leverage this tool, ECU bench/boot reading is required.

You can CLONE MEDC17/SIMOS/PCR2.1 ECUs with ease.

Clone MED17/EDC17 WFS4, WFS5, and WFS6 without SHE:
IMMOBILIZER information is exclusively stored in EEPROM. This ECU is the simplest to clone, as the software takes care of all necessary steps.

Clone MED17/EDC17 WFS6 with SHE:
IMMOBILIZER information is stored in both EEPROM and the Secured Extension Hardware (SHE). These ECUs, also recognized in lastest MY17+ version (ie. MED17.1.62 or EDC17C74), cannot be cloned conventionally. The only viable approach is to utilize IMMOFF17 to disable IMMO followed by editing the VIN using the EEPROM editor to match the new vehicle, or simply blank it by replacing the VIN with XXXX.

Clone PCR2.1 and SIMOS1X.X without SHE:
IMMOBILIZER information is found in both EEPROM and FLASH. In contrast to MED17, SIMOS ECUs store 'powerklass' information in FLASH. Cloning is possible by adhering to the provided instructions, detailed in the FAQ section.

If your tool generates SPLITTED files (FLASH0, FLASH1), such as AUTOTUNER, a convenient feature is available to automatically merge these files for you. When saving EEPROM data, the software will automatically re-split the file into FLASH0 and FLASH1, eliminating the need for manual intervention.

To CLONE/EDIT/VIEW EEPROM data, a full read flash is always essential. The complete read will include the MCU ID, a crucial element for decrypting and encrypting immobilizer data stored in the EEPROM.
