DTC Disabler is a very handy new software, mainly applicable to the MEDC17 ECU. We are gradually incorporating MDG1s files into it. We have tested it for 2 years and it is essential for our NEURO Tuning company.We have developed an algorithm which extracts, from the assembly part of the binary file, the offset, the size of the DTC blocks with precision without possible human error. We have also integrated a module that works with virtual read files which do not always contain the assembly part. In this case, our algorithm will use a pre-learned model from a known file to identify the exact values. DTC OFF: This is the main function, allowing you to turn a DTC off quickly and precisely. The bytes (dfc) and mask will turn off which avoids a limp-mode situation. For example to create an 'open loop boost' file, we start by deactivating the codes deactivating the overboost / underboost codes. PATCH FUNCTION: You can EXPORT and EXECUTE patch to your current file. It's a big time saver. You can make your own patch database and disable component by a single click. File support: In case your file is not recognized at all, a button will appear allowing you to report and flag the file. We will instantly receive a notification. The definition of your file generally takes between 5 and 15 minutes to add but could take up to 48 hours depending on our workload. You will receive an email when the definition is ready.
